Willowbank Holiday Park – Terms and Conditions‍

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions.

‍Booking Confirmation
‍Once your booking and payment are received, we’ll send you a confirmation receipt. Please bring this with you to check-in.

‍Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred at the park’s discretion.

All balances must be paid seven days before arrival. If not, the booking may be canceled, and any payments made will be forfeited.

‍Cancellation Policy
‍We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as clear as possible about our policy:
‍Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: A refund will be provided, minus the deposit.
‍Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: No refunds will be issued.
‍
‍Refunds cannot be provided for the following reasons:
‍Poor weather conditions.
Cancellation or disruption of public events in the local area.
Circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather, or acts of government.
We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.

‍Changes to Your Booking
‍If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting the duration or accommodation type, let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though changes are subject to availability.
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or accidents) prevent your arrival, we’ll work with you to find a solution, though refunds or transfers cannot be guaranteed.Failure to arrive without notifying us will result in the forfeiture of your booking and any payments made.

‍Unexpected Changes or Cancellations
‍While we aim to provide everything as advertised, unforeseen issues may arise. If we need to make significant changes to your booking or cancel it altogether, we will:
Inform you as soon as possible.
Offer you one of the following options:
Accept alternative arrangements.
Choose another available stay at the advertised price.
Cancel your booking for a full refund.

‍Conditions of Stay
‍Willowbank Holiday Park is a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to decline or terminate bookings where the behavior of guests disrupts the comfort of others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties of single individuals.

‍Children
‍Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Please ensure they are adequately supervised throughout your stay.

‍Park Rules
‍The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of their group.
Guests are required to familiarise themselves with and follow the park’s rules, which are available upon arrival.
Failure to comply with the rules or provide accurate information at booking may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

‍Liability
‍Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, or other guests’ belongings during their stay.

Willowbank Holiday Park is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles. Guests should ensure their belongings are secure and insured.Any vandalism or damage to the park may result in eviction and possible prosecution.

‍Data Protection
‍Your personal information is collected to process your booking and ensure a smooth experience.

Occasionally, we may send you updates about our park, offers, or other information we think you’ll enjoy. If you’d prefer not to receive these communications, please let us know.
Your data may be shared with CampStead Ltd for feedback purposes, such as inviting you to review your stay.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
‍Check-In and Check-Out: Your pitch will be ready from 1:00 pm on your arrival day. Please vacate by 12:00 noon on your departure day.
‍Children on the Touring Park: For safety, children must always be accompanied by an adult while on the touring park.
‍Play Areas: We have two play areas for children: one located by the main entrance to the Touring Park and another on the grass hardstanding field. Children must be supervised by an adult while using these areas. Please note, dogs are not allowed in these areas.
‍Camping and Structures: Unfortunately, we do not allow tents for camping on-site. This includes pup tents, freestanding tents, or storage tents. Our park is exclusively for caravans, campervans, or motorhomes.
‍Pond Safety: Please ensure children are supervised near the pond at all times. Kindly refrain from climbing the fence or throwing items into the water.
‍Ball Games: Ball games are not permitted near the pitches. A football area is available by the playpark on the grass-hardstanding field.
‍Barbecues: Barbecues are welcome but must be kept off the grass and never left unattended. Please dispose of them responsibly once cooled.Open Fires: Open fires are strictly not permitted anywhere on the park.
‍Parking: Each pitch allows for one vehicle only, and we do not have space for additional vehicles on the pitches at any point in the season. Visitors should check in at reception for additional parking arrangements.
‍Sub-Letting: Pitches and leisure homes cannot be sub-let or used by anyone other than the named guests.
‍Guests Attending School or Work: Guests are not permitted to go to and from school or work while staying on the park.
‍Noise Levels and Late Arrivals: Please keep noise from TVs, radios, and loud voices to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm. If you arrive after 8:00 pm, please wait until the following morning to put up any awnings.
‍Driving on Site: The speed limit is 5 MPH. All vehicles must be roadworthy and meet public road standards. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted, and repairs require prior permission.
‍Fire Safety: Familiarize yourself with the fire points and assembly point near the motorhome service point.
‍Emergency Messages: Reception can only accept messages in cases of emergency.
‍Prohibited Activities: Kites, drones, air guns, catapults, slings, and bows are not allowed on site.
‍Dogs: A maximum of two dogs per unit is allowed (We do not allow recognised banned breeds on site under any circumstance). Dogs must always be on a lead no longer than 1 metre, except in the dog walk area. Please clean up after your pets and use the bins provided. Cats are not allowed.
‍Waste Disposal: Please use the bins in the designated bin bays for recycling and rubbish disposal. We also provide black waste (Elsan) and grey waste disposal points on-site.
‍Car Washing: We kindly ask that you refrain from washing vehicles or leisure homes on site.
‍Washing Lines: For safety,  washing lines are not permitted.
‍Emergencies: In rare emergencies, we may need to move leisure homes without the owner present.
‍Behaviour: We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if any member of their party behaves unacceptably.
‍Scooters and Hoverboards: The use of battery or petrol-powered scooters, hoverboards, or similar devices is not allowed.
‍Ground Sheets: Only breathable ground sheets are permitted. Please avoid using carpets or plastic sheets.
‍Management Decisions: Any matters not covered by these guidelines will be addressed at management's discretion.
